PLASMA chairs is a colaboration between Samuel Szraga and Luca Cousement. The chairs are crafted from reclaimed steel profiles and tubes, sourced from scrapyards, giving them a second life. We explored the material’s molten quality by texturing the surfaces with a plasma cutter, creating a raw yet refined aesthetic. The rough, organic texture contrasts with the straightness of the tubes and profiles, highlighting the tension between structure and materiality.
